In Ferizaj, the city of craftsmen and entrepreneurs, the Bucaliu family decided to enter the meat industry, and in 1966, they opened the first butcher shop in Ferizaj. Hamdi Bucaliu, with great dedication, managed to supply a large part of Kosovo with fresh meat and meat products. After great success, the family business was continued by Ademi, Hamdi’s son, for many years, and at the same time, expanded into the Macedonian market by opening a butcher shop in the Old Bazaar of Skopje. Now, after 58 years of success, the tradition is carried on by the third generation of the family in meat processing. Qingji i Sharrit implements the highest hygienic standards and always works with local farmers to ensure that our consumers are offered fresh meat at all times.
